NRHS Spring Conference held.

Chapter members Keith Kirby, Chip Sherman, and our president were fortunate to be among the 50 national NRHS members to attend the NRHS Spring Conference in Cedar Rapids, Iowa this past weekend. While meetings were held on Sunday, the prize was a ride on the Iowa Interstate Railroad’s business train to the Silvis, IL shops of "Railroading Heritage of Midwest America" on Monday. The trip was a fundraiser for Operation Lifesaver and the RRHMA, which is restoring UP Challenger 3985 and UP 5511 (not operated since 1953), and the famous Centennial diesel 6936. Lots going on there!
